What we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, company and enquiry details when you submit a brief, email us, or book a call.
- Booking data — when you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) processes your name, email and chosen time.
- Basic technical data — standard server/analytics information such as approximate location, browser type and pages visited.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To schedule and conduct discovery calls.
- To improve our website and understand how it is used.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our lawful bases are your consent (when you contact us), legitimate interests (running and improving our business), and legal obligation (record-keeping).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — scheduling, email and hosting — and only as far as they need it. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Data we are legally required to retain is kept for the period the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email het.soni@soniconsultancyservices.com and we'll action it promptly. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
